What are the delivery charges?
Aplomb Health Care provides free shipping within India on all products if your order amount is Rs. 1000 or more, otherwise, if the value of the ordered product is upto Rs. 999, then the shipping charge will be Rs.100 per order.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of A-B business days?
Our courier partners may have a holiday between the day you place your order and the date of delivery. In this case, we add a day to the estimated days. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored into the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
After placing the orders through the Aplomb Health Care Website/ Mobile App or at the Nearest Branch-
Within Shipping Branch City: 2-3 working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
Outside Shipping Branch City: 5-8 working days (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
Estimated delivery time depends on the availability of the product that was ordered or the destination from the shipping branch.
